Roderick David "Rod" Stewart, CBE (born 10 January 1945) is a British singer-songwriter, born and raised in North London, England and currently residing in Epping. He is of Scottish and English ancestry.
"Love Touch" was released as a single in 1986 and peaked at number six on the Billboard Hot 100. The song appears on Stewart's album, Every Beat of My Heart. The song is a plea from someone who has been fighting with his lover, but is apologizing and asking for another chance to "be good". Although it is among Stewart's most successful songs, he rarely performs Love Touch in concert.
